STEP 4: SELECT YOUR CLASS AND REGISTER TODAY!

Mommy and Me is designed to help little ones explore movement while bonding with their parent or caregiver. Each 45-minute class combines playful activities, songs, and guided exercises that encourage coordination, social interaction, and early motor skills development. Parents actively participate alongside their child, creating a supportive environment where learning happens through fun, connection, and shared experiences. With age-appropriate equipment and engaging setups, this program builds confidence and sets the foundation for future physical activity—all while strengthening the parent-child bond.

Ages 3-5

Preschool Tumbling is designed to help young children learn and grow through movement-based play. Our facility is equipped with specially designed tumbling equipment tailored to our littlest athletes. Each 45-minute class features engaging lesson plans filled with obstacle courses, stations, and creative setups that encourage coordination, confidence, and foundational tumbling skills—all in a fun, age-appropriate environment.

Ages 6+
no experience or skills required

This class is designed for beginners who are just starting their tumbling journey or working toward mastering all Level 1 skills. Athletes will focus on building strength, coordination, and proper technique while learning foundational skills such as forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, back walkovers, front walkovers, round-offs, and connected combinations like front walkover to cartwheel back walkover.

Ages 6+

Athletes must have all Level 1 skills mastered to enroll in this class – Back Walkover & Front Walkover. The focus will be on developing and perfecting Level 2 skills, including back handsprings. Proper technique, power, and control will be emphasized as athletes progress through more advanced tumbling combinations.

Ages 6+

Athletes must have Level 2 skills – Back Handspring in order to participate in this class. This class will work on level 3 skills – multiple standing back handsprings & round off back tuck Training will be tailored to meet each athlete’s needs, emphasizing strong technique, consistency, and progression.

Ages 6+

Must have Level 3 skills -Roundoff Back Handspring Tuck . This will work on level 4 skills – roundoff back handspring layout and progress to level 5 skills for those who have a roundoff back handspring layout. The class emphasizes technique, power, and control while guiding each athlete through skill progressions tailored to their goals.

Our Homeschool Tumbling class offers homeschooled students a fun and active way to socialize while boosting both their physical and mental well-being. Athletes will work on technique, drills, and foundational skills to build a strong base for tumbling progression. Join us every Tuesday from 9:00–10:00am!
