Mommy & Me

Mommy and Me is designed to help little ones (18 mos – 2 y 11 mos) explore movement while bonding with their parent or caregiver. Each 45-minute class combines playful activities, songs, and guided exercises that encourage coordination, social interaction, and early motor skills development. Parents actively participate alongside their child, creating a supportive environment where learning happens through fun, connection, and shared experiences. With age-appropriate equipment and engaging setups, this program builds confidence and sets the foundation for future physical activity—all while strengthening the parent-child bond.

Preschool Tumble

Preschool Tumbling is designed to help young children (3 – 5 years) learn and grow through movement-based play. Our facility is equipped with specially designed tumbling equipment tailored to our littlest athletes. Each 45-minute class features engaging lesson plans filled with obstacle courses, stations, and creative setups that encourage coordination, confidence, and foundational tumbling skills—all in a fun, age-appropriate environment.

From 6 years and up, beginner to advanced, we have a class for everyone. Our tumbling classes provide a fun and safe environment to learn new skills while promoting fitness, self-esteem, and self-confidence.  Classes are leveled to allow for safe progression through all fundamental tumbling and gymnastics skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings, tucks, layouts and up to fulls.

Cheer Basix

The OAX Cheer Basix Program is a 16-week introduction to All-Star cheerleading designed for athletes ages 6–16. With lower cost and commitment, this program focuses on building foundational skills in tumbling, stunts, jumps, and dance while learning a full routine that showcases all elements of cheer. Although there is no competitive aspect, athletes will perform their routine at the OAX Showcase on December 6th alongside all other teams. Classes begin August 19th and will be held every Tuesday from 7:30–8:30pm. Participants should arrive ready with hair in a high ponytail, dressed in workout clothes and athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle. The program also includes a free Jump Class for all OAX All-Star athletes
